3. Fourthwall’s Role and Product Sales

The Website is hosted and supported by the Fourthwall platform.

Fourthwall, not Edoardo Minuti or Berserk 308, is the seller of all physical and digital products made available through the Website.

Product orders are transactions directly between the customer and Fourthwall. Fourthwall acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible, as applicable, for payment processing, order handling, product sourcing, manufacturing, shipping, taxes, returns, and refunds.

4. Product Information and Availability

Product availability, manufacturing locations, prices, taxes, currencies, discounts, delivery estimates, and shipping destinations may be determined or updated by Fourthwall and its suppliers.

Products may be modified, replaced, suspended, or removed without prior notice. Placing a product in a cart does not guarantee its availability or price until the order has been accepted through Fourthwall.

5. Payments, Shipping, Returns, and Order Support

Payments are securely processed through Fourthwall and its payment providers. Berserk 308 does not receive or store customers’ complete payment-card details.

Shipping prices and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production times, destination, customs procedures, carriers, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
